Q & A
What days should I be in San Sebastian?
The wedding ceremony will take place on June 3rd. Outside of that, feel free to stay as long or as short as you’d like. Most guests are planning to arrive on May 31st and depart on June 6th.
Should I rent a car?
If there’s somewhere specific you’d like to visit that’s only accessible by car, renting one may be helpful. Otherwise, it’s very easy to get around using public transportation. Transportation to the wedding venue will be provided.
Where should I stay?
You really can’t go wrong in San Sebastian! Our preferred areas are Gros and Old Town. The city is very walkable, so as long as you’re staying within the main area, getting around should be easy.
What should I do, where should I eat, and what should I visit while I’m there?
While we’ll have a few scheduled events throughout the week, we encourage you to explore and enjoy the area—it’s an incredible place to visit. For ideas, check out the “About Spain” tab on the website. If you’re looking for additional recommendations, feel free to reach out!
What should I wear?
Please see the “Outfit Inspo” tab on the website.
What should I pack?
Please see the Itinerary tab for details on what to wear for the main events. Other than that, make sure you have shoes you can walk in! June in Northern Spain can also be rainy, so a rain jacket is recommended.
What should I do for a phone plan?
Depending on your carrier, you have a few different options. Most carriers offer an international plan, but that can be quite expensive. We typically use Airalo when we travel internationally. You can visit their website for more information:
